30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for eligible items.

To qualify for a return, your rug must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging whenever possible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-made or personalized rugs.
  • Items marked as Final Sale.
  • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact our customer support team before sending your item back.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Your full name
  • A brief explanation of the reason for the return
  • Photos (if the item arrived damaged or incorrect)

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Our team will review your case and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund whenever appropriate.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service for all returned items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of packages sent without tracking.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a rug for another design or size, please contact us. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to product availability.
